New Years Resolution?

How many of us start out great with our New Years Resolution and then quickly fall into regret when we stop our resolve. It is a funny things how often goals only motivate us until we get to busy and then we forget we had the goal. When we finally remember our resolution to eat better (insert goal) we feel bad for not following through for the last two weeks. Sound familiar?
I say lets make only one one resolution this year "To be compassionate and loving to ourselves" when we imagine that we have fallen short! What do you think? I still say have goals just be loving and compassionate when you stop temporarily and then restart without bashing yourself!
